作者簡介
霍政欣 1976年11月生，2005年6月畢業(yè)于武漢大學(xué)法學(xué)院，獲法學(xué)博士學(xué)位，現(xiàn)就職于中國政法大學(xué)國際法學(xué)院，兼任中國法學(xué)會理事、中國國際私法學(xué)會理事、韓國首爾國立大學(xué)中國研究所研究員。曾先后赴德國(2001)、奧地利(2003)、荷蘭(2004)、美國(2006—2007)、韓國(2009—2010)等國進(jìn)行訪問研究。作者的主要專著有《不當(dāng)?shù)美膰H私法問題》(武漢大學(xué)出版社，2006)，主要譯著有《法律選擇與涉外司法》(北京大學(xué)出版社，2007)、《如果你是平等主義者，為何如此富有？》(北京大學(xué)出版社，2009)等；先后在“American Journal ofComparative Law”、“Asian Pacific Law and Policy Journal”、“Journal ofCambridge Studies”、《法學(xué)研究》、《法學(xué)評論》、《比較法研究》、《武漢大學(xué)學(xué)報》、《求是學(xué)刊》、《民商法論叢》、《中國國際法年刊》、《中國國際私法與比較法年刊》、《武大國際法評論》、《人民法院報》、《南方周末》、《聯(lián)合早報》等國內(nèi)外刊物上發(fā)表中英文學(xué)術(shù)論文、譯文及評論50余篇；其科研及教學(xué)成果曾獲得湖北省第六屆哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)優(yōu)秀成果獎二等獎、北京市第十屆哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)優(yōu)秀成果獎二等獎、中國高等學(xué)校科學(xué)研究優(yōu)秀成果獎(人文社會科學(xué))三等獎、中國政法大學(xué)第四屆青年教師教學(xué)基本功大賽冠軍等獎項。
